welcome to pink river ranch
As a family we welcome you to our little slice of paradise, where life’s simple pleasures, following your inner passions and sitting in peace are at the forefront of what we do.
Brit bought this property in December 2023 with a vision of making it a place to host campers of all styles, from glamping to ‘roughing it’. She has been committed to providing and creating a unique experience for everyone who stays with us. Brit has lead the vision of this place from day one, building and constructing nearly every detail you’ll see when you stay with us. We know our guests appreciate all the little details, even all the pink, that Brit has scattered throughout the property making Pink River Ranch a destination in the Driftless.
Her passion for experience-driven design, adventure and ‘figure it out’ attitude has lead us on journey together as a family. While we still have a ways to go to make this property everything we know it can be, we are excited to be welcoming guests to stay and experience this special place with us.

Our name stems from a few things. While going through a divorce, Brit found pink to be a color of strength and rebuilding. ‘Ranch’ came from the fact Brit always dreamed of cattle ranching in the west, and while life changed course and brought her back to Wisconsin, that dream still lives with her.
Secondly, and quite to Brit’s fancy, the sunsets and sunrises you’ll see over the river display some of the most beautiful pink hues.
Thus our name, Pink River Ranch, holds both sentimental and literal meaning for us.

After many years of larger-scale ranching we’re happy to call ourselves hobbyists now, which essentially means we are just animal collectors. We have sheep, cows, goats, chickens, dogs and kitties running around our ranch.
